We - HAL Vietnam Co., Ltd was established in December 2002 as a member of Hiroshima Aluminum Industry Group, has 3 plants: HAL1, HAL2 (in Thang Long Industrial Park, Hanoi) and HAL3 (in VSIP, Bac Ninh) with total facilities of more than 150,000m², which are equipped by modern machinery and equipment operating total management from Mold/Mold Components Manufacturing to High Pressure Aluminum Die-Casting, Finishing and Machining products with high technical/quality requirements for the automotive industry. With more than 1,500 Employees, under the leadership of a professional and dedicated management team, our Company constantly try our best to become the First Class Company having the ability to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of global Customers and be always ready to expand our production scale.

In Chinese characters, the word 企 which is a part of the word 企業 (Enterprise), means that the Company needs to be an organization where People (人) - Employees are given top priority and feel secure to be stable in (止). Therefore, we would like to make efforts to create a working environment in which Employees want to bond together and have opportunities to maximize their abilities, an environment where the Employees themselves actively participate in the Company’s operation.

Along with the development of the economy, we are facing aging population. In this situation, in parallel with promoting the process of automation, we continuously improve the working environment for our Employees, ensure their jobs, which can make them feel more engaged.
