1. Facilities HAL Power
HAL Vietnam was established on December 17, 2002. So far, it has been 20 years of development with a flexible production model in 3 plants. Products are manufactured not only at 1 specified plant but also being in flexibly planned production at the other customized plants according to load capacity, order fluctuations in order to ensure continuous reciprocal orders of customers.
- Total area: 153,047m2 (HAL1: 32,300m2; HAL2: 32,016m2; HAL3: 88,731m2).
- Construction area: 52,362m2 (HAL1: 20,062m2; HAL2: 20,000m2; HAL3: 12,300m2).

With 62 sets of Casting machines (at the time of 2022) sizes from 350 tons to 800 tons, all Casting machines have Automatic Robots, modern and strict product quality inspection equipments according to international standards. Total management from design die mold to casting, finishing, machining and partial assembly helps HAL Vietnam to produce a wide range of products with high technical requirements.

HAL Vietnam always aims to improve productivity through automation and a team of highly qualified engineers.
Our company ensures quality and environmental standards:
• Certification of quality management system in the automotive field IATF 16949: 2016
• Certification of environmental management system ISO 14001: 2015

3. Internal activities
HAL Power
The Company always promotes internal improvement activities within the Company. Since March 2014, HAL Vietnam has activated internally Innovation Promotion activities  included awarding individual improvement, group improvement or self-improvement projects.
HAL Vietnam adopted the Amoeba business from Hiroshima Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd for managing Revenue, Expense, Timing and Profit. It is a unique business management method in which the organization is divided into small units and operated using an independent, market-oriented, divisional accounting system. Each Amoeba Leader - the head of the Department is considered as the General Director, responsible for operating and promoting his Amoeba to achieve the targets.

5. Honoring Human as Core Value
With the motto "Human development is the number one priority", HAL Vietnam aims to develop people with all the elements of knowledge, morality, technological capabilities, attitude and professional manners. Here, people not only receive professional training and guidance from their predecessors, but also receive the quintessence of knowledge from local and abroad, especially scientific and cultural advances from Japan. The training programs and competitions organized by the Company and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union have stirred up the movement of learning and self-training, improve the physical fitness of the enterprise and maximize the talents of each member in HAL Vietnam. A strong team is when each individual in that group becomes strong in all aspects, actively learning, accumulating experiences and always ready to dare to face any challenge.
